Refunds Policy

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend the event, tickets cannot be transferred to another event.

Tickets may be resold or transferred to another player; we request you contact us to check our waiting list before privately selling it or passing it on.

You may not sell tickets for more than the initial cost. If transferring the ticket privately, you must contact us with the details of the new attendee once the transaction has completed.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or a significant event change occurs (ie, a 3-day event is changed to a 1-day event, the venue changes, etc), the option of a refund or transferring your ticket to another event may be offered at the discretion of the event organiser.
